Processing and Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Once processed, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days.



  • Each package includes $100 of insurance coverage.

  • In the event that a package is lost after shipping, the $100 insurance will be applied towards a replacement order. The customer will be responsible for any remaining costs beyond the $100 insurance.

  • Additional insurance can be purchased to cover the full value of your order. Please contact us to arrange for additional insurance coverage.

  • After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as they will have entered the processing stage.



  • We do not accept returns once an order has shipped.

  • However, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit.


Exchanges and Store Credit

  • Customers have 7 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or store credit.

  • Additional fees may apply, as the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
